Check-in Time: Strictly anytime after 15:00. Early check-in before 15:00 is not possible unless prior arrangements have been made and confirmed.

While check-in after 22:00 is allowed, it is not recommended. If you encounter any issues during late check-in, assistance may not be immediately available.

To ensure a smooth arrival, please read the check-in instructions carefully. If followed correctly, you should have no difficulties checking in (even after hours). See details below.

• When arriving at security, introduce yourself as a VISITOR FOR APARTMENT 812
• When arriving at security NB: Please DO NOT make any reference to AirBnB as this may cause confusion and delay at the gate.
• You might need to sign in the first few times until they get to know you.
• Parking bay number is provided below, once parked, walk to the lift and press "8" for the 8th floor

Your allocated parking bay is: 44A, this is close to reception on the ground floor. Please DO NOT use the visitors parking, and DO NO park in any other parking bay, your vehicle will be clamped and a R500 will be imposed by the building management.

• To activate the smartlock, place the whole palm of your hand over the black part of the keypad, NOT JUST YOUR FINGER. Once you place your palm on it, you will need to push with some force for the Keypad to activate.
• Smartlock key code: 6541* please note that you need to press the star button after typing in the number.
• VERY IMPORTANT! When leaving the apartment, once the door is closed behind you, please make sure to turn the door knob right, then left you might need to do this once or twice to make sure the door remains locked, this is so that the Smartlock activates and keeps the apartment and your valubles secure.
• If the smart lock shows a red flashing battery icon, it means the batteries are running flat, please notify me as soon as you see this. By being proative it will make sure you are never locked out of your apartment.
• In the highly unlikely event that the smartlock battery has depleated and you are not able to activate the keypad, you will need a 9v square Battery, you can push the battery at the bottom of the lock there are terminals where it can be connected, this information is only important if you are unable to contact the host and you urgently need access.

If you need to arrange a bag drop off earlier than the check-in time, please let us know. We can then plan for that with the cleaning crew.

Check-out Time: Strictly before 10:00 AM. If you remain past 10:15 AM, late stay penalties will be automatically applied as per Airbnb's policy.

Late check-out is not possible. As we have new guests checking in on the same day, we require sufficient time to prepare the apartment for their arrival.
